Drawing upon more than 20 years of asset management and business development experience, Julia Cominos is a California-based strategist and consultant who works with emerging startup ventures in areas such as customer experience, talent retention, brand awareness, and sustainable growth. Prior to focusing solely on consulting, Julia Cominos worked in an executive capacity for Joie de Vie, a retail fine art partnership with MGM and Cirque du Soleil, for nine years, six of which were as executive vice president. During her time with the company, she increased annual revenues by $16 million through numerous strategic partnerships and increased annuals sales by more than $30 million through branding initiatives and the opening of three retail galleries in Las Vegas. She also introduced multiple scholarship and apprenticeship programs that prompted more than $3 million in charitable donations.

Julia Cominos also has extensive business development experience in the online marketplace. She served four years as vice president of Renex, Inc., a Nova Scotia-based Internet company, and three years as director of business development for Improvement.com, where she helped increase annual sales by 25 percent through successful outsourcing strategies. Ms. Cominos began her career with Paradigm Asset Management and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University as well as a bachelor's in business administration from the University of San Diego.
